Truth be told, I never bought the build. When the emperors throne room diorama first came out, I decided to light it up myself, using all of the light my bricks components. We had everything pretty much almost exactly similar In Design as far as I can tell. In the movie scene you see a little bit of blue ambient light in between the stairs, So I did add light blue light strips to underneath the chassis and added clear flat tiles to the stair tiles so it would mask any wiring or boards ahead installed underneath there and also let the light blue color be uniform across the stairs. I also felt it was needed to add both lightsabers into the build even though I was depicting the scene of the force lighting. I thought it looked cooler with them both lit up. The main thing I did differently was the force lightning. I did not like the original LEGO piece that was with the build so I created my own way of doing so by cutting the pieces in half and stone the lights into his hand and then the barrel encased the lightning so it would flash really nice with a flicker board. Anybody from Light my bricks, what do you guys think? I'm so obsessed with this stuff, I kind of take off and do my own thing on most builds, But when it comes to the build quality and the ideas, I'm curious to know what you guys think. ✌️
