With creepy corners, and spooky spectacles - this "attraction" will surely test one's bravery.Packing 40 individual lights, our frightful light kit is full of lighting features that will bring out the scariest details of your Haunted House. With scary effects straight out of a horror movie and flickering effects for flames and fireplaces, the mood is certainly set to fright those that make their way through the exhibit.

IMPORTANT NOTE

We recommend lighting this kit by a USB Power Bank or USB Wall Adaptor(to connect to a mains outlet), which is NOT included in this kit. If you do not have a USB Power Bank or USB Wall Adaptor, you can purchase them from our Powering section.

Looks fantastic, but it was challenging.

This was my first light kit and took me some time to get it installed. The effects boards are the key for really providing the proper feeling for a "Haunted House".

I made some modifications from the original instructions, including purchasing a flat battery pack from another vendor so that I could light the elevator without the potential of jamming wires up in the elevator mechanism.

The components feel well made and not overly fragile. I did have some difficulty with the micro bit light plugs as they are so small it was always a challenge to get them to go into the expansion boards.

I will be buying from them again.

Haunted house light kit

This was my first light kit project and what a project it was. This required a lot of patience. There was quite a bit of small components. This took me 3 days to complete and right on time for my Halloween display. Very happy with end product. LMB really outdone themselves with these kits.

Would be 5 Stars if the dropping car didn’t get tangled.

First off, this Lego set in general is so much fun. The light kit makes it look great and is very close to a perfect score. My only gripe with the set is that the cable for the car constantly gets tangled. It would have been better if the car had a separate small battery box that could be turned on so that there would be no tangling. Other than that this was a very fun and challenging light kit to install. Highly recommend.

Creepy and Kooky

The haunted house is one of the reasons I started building lego, I love haunted house rides at theme parks and all the nostalgia of Halloween. This light kit makes it look amazing, with all the flickering candles and the eeery green light effects. The fireplace doesn’t look like much only because to see it the house has to be opened up, splitting it apart. But that’s more a lego issues than LMB issue. Only real drawback is it takes a while to install and it’s hard to hide the wiring. Very rewarding overall.

Great addition but tricky install

As a long time Lego builder, this was my first light set (also bought the new Hocus Pocus light set at the same time). Shipping was quick, order was mailed hours after ordering on a Friday and arrived Monday afternoon. As some have said, the install can be difficult. I had no issues connecting the extension wires into the different boards, but every one of the small LED lights gave me issues when connecting to a board. It took working on this for a couple hours over a few nights, but once I got everything connected, it all worked as advertised, minus the elevator. Just when I thought I was done and went to test the elevator, wires from the first few lights installed in the kit were getting caught and prevented the elevator from going up. I had to dig into my dash for spare bricks to hold the wires down and even broke apart a wall to re-route the wires to tuck them out of the way better. Some of the wire routing could've been better to tuck them away neater or not interfere with the bricks seating on the plates properly. Maybe future install experiences will be better for me and I'm looking forward to the Hocus Pocus set, and will likely cave in for more lights for holiday sets, but just know going into this, install may take more time than the initial set build did and have some patience for those pesky connectors, especially if you have bigger hands/fingers.
